About the Founders...
Selden B. Marth, Th.D. (1924-1994), a graduate of Yale University
Divinity School, was a Methodist minister for 11 years. He received
his Doctoral degree at the Claremont School of Theology and subsequently
became a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Hypno-therapist.
He was in private practice for 35 years in Claremont, California.
Charlene Marth, M.A. graduated from Johnston College at the University
of Redlands with a B.A. degree in Humanistic and Transpersonal
Psychology. She received her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology
from Sierra
University in Santa Monica, California. Ms. Marth was in private
practice as a marriage and family therapist from 1982-2004, in Claremont,
California.
Dr. and Mrs. Marth created Daybreak Personal Growth Seminars in
1988. Their dynamic programs were designed to produce powerful
and permanent changes in people's lives. Since its inception, over
1,000 participants have
benefited from Daybreak's life-enriching seminars.
About the Leaders...
Rocky J. Purpero
Rocky Purpero understands the importance of focusing
on the possibilities in life. He has volunteered countless hours and trained as a Life Coach under the guidance of Dr. Selden B. Marth, Rocky's primary function in Daybreak is to motivate and challenge
participants to reach their full potential. He encourages and empowers them to
bring greater passion, integrity, creativity and commitment into every aspect
of their lives. Rocky has been instrumental in refining Daybreak's seminars since
its early inception.

Toni Baldwin
Toni Baldwin brings a variety of educational and life experiences to Daybreak.
Toni has previously worked in the financial, art and medical sectors. She developed
her initial Life Coaching skills under Dr. Selden B. Marth and Charlene Marth
and currently has a private practice working as a Certified Personal Life Coach.
Using her highly developed intuition, Toni helps participants recognize, develop
and utilize their own unique gifts, talents and abilities and to achieve greater
harmony in their relationships by assuming
greater personal responsibility. Toni continues
to play a pivotal role in developing innovative processes for the Daybreak seminar
format.
